 Legal Updates 11/21/00 Update from: R2K Legal Court Update A lot happened today in court. If anyone has any questions about this information please call the R2K Legal office. The Van Case motions were NOT argued today and will be argued in conjunction with the Puppet case motions on Nov. 28th in Rm 305 at 9am in front of Judge Deleon. Defendants do not have to be there, however it is encouraged, since these are motions that effect our cases. Judge Deleon is going to be the judge for both the Puppet case and the Broad and Spruce trial. He is a mildly sympathetic judge. The 300 N. 16th St. trial has been scheduled for Thursday December 28th at noon in Rm 603 in front of Judge McCaffery. There will be a defendants' meeting at the PD's office (17th and Arch) at 6pm on Wednesday December 27th. Because of a municipal judge conference the 15th and JFK trial has been RESCHEDULED. The new trial date is Friday December 22nd at 9am in Rm 603 in front of Judge McCaffery. There will be a defendants meeting Thursday Dec. 21st at 6pm at the PD's Office (17th and Arch).
