40 RNC ACTIVISTS GO TO TRIAL MONDAY, NOVEMBER 27 AT 9:30AM
(Philadelphia, PA) Through verbal and visual statements, activists arrested during the
Republican Convention protests will wage their defense Monday in the
largest trial yet for RNC defendants.

solidifying their arguments for "Outrageous Police Misconduct," "Prior
Restraint," "Suppression of Evidence," and against
the charge of "Possession of an Instrument of Crime"
WHO:
Forty activists, arrested during the Republican National Convention
(RNC)

those

WHAT:
RNC Defendants will seek to highlight their trial with visual and
verbal

therefore
wish to conduct their trial in a consistent and appropriate manner.
